Buying Tickets
Our ticket shop of choice is TicketSource, however, some of our events come with independent ticket shops which we will direct you to.
Our in-person ticket shop at the Town Hall is open Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. Card transactions preferred.
Terms & Conditions
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled. If the event is sold out, we will try and re-sell your tickets if possible.
Accessibility
• Access into and around the public areas of the Festival Hall are all on the flat.
• Tiered seating is accessible via a staircase but wheelchair spaces are available on the flat for most events.
• Accessible Bar & Toilets.
• Assistance Dogs are welcomed.
• Hearing Loop available.

Refreshments
Our Rose Room Lounge offers a fully stocked bar with drinks and snacks at most events. The Bar opens approximately 60-90 minutes before each performance.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden within the building.
